Monkey Proof™ Lifetime Warranty
Monkey Proof (“Monkey Proof,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that all Monkey Proof™ branded products (“Products”) will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship for the lifetime of the Product, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with the care, use, and safety instructions provided with the Product.
This Lifetime Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”) applies only to the original retail purchaser of the Product and is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth below.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
Subject to the exclusions and limitations described below, this Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal household use.
Occasionally, fine stainless steel products may develop manufacturing defects during the stretching, polishing, coating, or forming process. Monkey Proof conducts quality inspections to prevent such defects from reaching customers. In the rare event that a Product contains a manufacturing defect, Monkey Proof will, at its discretion, replace the Product.
PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIREMENT
To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase showing the date of original retail purchase is required. Proof of purchase may include an order confirmation, receipt, or other documentation acceptable to Monkey Proof.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Before returning any Product, the original purchaser must contact Monkey Proof for warranty evaluation and instructions.

Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from Monkey Proof
All warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Monkey Proof reserves the right to request photographs or additional information to assess the claim.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
a. Abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, alteration, improper storage, or failure to follow care and use instructions
b. Improper cleaning, including use of abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, solvents, dishwasher detergents, pods, or power balls
c. Shipping, handling, delivery, or insurance costs related to Product returns
d. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, scuffs, or discoloration
e. Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to flood, water exposure, wind, storm, tornado, earthquake, fire, or other environmental conditions
f. Extraordinary impact events, including dropping, crushing, or similar force
g. Modification of the Product or any component
h. Discoloration, corrosion, or rust occurring over time
To reduce the risk of discoloration, corrosion, or rust, Monkey Proof recommends hand-washing Products with mild soap and warm water and storing them in a dry, indoor environment. If discoloration occurs, cleaning with baking soda or a stainless steel cleaner may help.
GEOGRAPHIC AND USE LIMITATIONS
This Warranty is valid only in the United States and applies only to Products purchased and used within the United States. The Warranty is contingent upon proper use, care, and maintenance. Use of a Product in a manner inconsistent with provided warnings or instructions may void this Warranty.
DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES
THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
No other warranty or guarantee, whether oral or written, given by any person or entity shall be binding on Monkey Proof unless expressly authorized in writing by Monkey Proof.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Monkey Proof shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, economic loss, legal fees, or personal injury, to the extent permitted by law.
Monkey Proof’s total aggregate liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY
This Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. No person or entity is authorized to modify, extend, or waive this Warranty.
STATE LAW RIGHTS
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
If any provision of this Warranty is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
